  • Desktop Engineer
  • Computer Operator

  • Telesales Executive (Female Only)
  • Customer Service Associate


Desktop Engineer

  • Salary: ₹2.4 to ₹3 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Testing and repairing computer or computer-related equipment.
  • Supervising the installation of computer equipment and components.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience (preferably with Computer AMC Service Providers)

Customer Service Associate

  • Salary: ₹1.80 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
  • Answer questions, handle grievances, and close sales.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders accurately.
  • Maintain records of calls and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Freshers can apply.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills in English.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and email handling.

Telesales Executive (Female Only)

  • Salary: ₹12K to ₹15K + Incentives (Pick and drop facility provided).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
  • Conduct sales presentations via phone or email.
  • Manage and follow up on leads to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain activity reports and lead databases.

Qualifications:

  • Freshers can apply.
  • Good convincing skills and ability to read/write in English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.

Digital Lead Generation Executive

  • Salary: ₹1.80 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through social media and internet research.
  • Make outgoing calls to develop new business.
  • Inform clients about products/services and maintain a lead database.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computers or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, social media knowledge, and strong convincing skills.
  • Freshers can apply.

Computer Operator

  • Salary: ₹1.80 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate and track leads using social media platforms.
  • Make outbound calls to acquire new business.
  • Update and maintain lead generation databases.

Qualifications:

  • BCA, BCOM, BSC, or Digital Marketing Course (Diploma/Degree in Computers).
  • Basic computer skills, internet surfing, and social media knowledge.
  • Freshers can apply.
