We are hiring for an experienced e-commerce specialist to manage and grow our online sales across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce portals.


Industry Type:

Herbal, Ayurvedic, Nutraceutical, and Food & Nutrition Supplements

Qualification: Any Graduate / one Year Experience 

Experience: 1 year

Salary: 18K to 25K

Job description :

  • Oversee Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Ads, Amazon Ads, and Other E-Commerce Portals
  • Management of E-Commerce, Reconciliation, Returns, etc.
  • International Portal Enrollment and Management for E-Commerce.

 Additional Roles Determining Performance And Needs:

  • Boost Online Business Sales Output with Critical Account Relationship Management
  • Adjust Pricing & Inventory on Portals as Needed
  • Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery in coordination with the dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

  • Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure product data is up-to-date.
  • Implement discounts, and coupons to boost product visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to enhance performance on e-commerce platforms.

Order Management:

  • Monitor and manage stock levels, coordinating with the inventory team to prevent stockouts.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Handle returns, raise claims, and refunds as per company policy.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and work towards improving ratings and reviews.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other reports.
  • Maintain MIS of daily orders.
