🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
Conti CDP (Continental Chef de Partie)
- Prepare and cook high-quality continental dishes as per restaurant standards.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure food safety compliance.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and kitchen management.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
Tandoor Chef
- Prepare traditional tandoor dishes including naan, roti, kebabs, and Indian curries.
- Monitor cooking times and maintain authentic flavors.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the tandoor section.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver quality food service.
