Role-Specific Responsibilities

Guest Service Agent (F&B)

• Welcome guests on arrival and manage seating or reservation requests for F&B outlets.
• Coordinate between service staff and kitchen to ensure timely service and correct orders.
• Handle billing, guest inquiries and small complaints; escalate serious issues to supervisor.
• Monitor dining area standards — cleanliness, table setup and guest satisfaction checks.

Telephone Operator

• Answer incoming calls promptly and route calls to appropriate departments or rooms.
• Take and relay guest messages accurately and maintain a log of calls.
• Provide basic guest information and assist with wake-up calls, transfers or service requests.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and confidentiality of guest information.

Guest Relations Officer (Female)

• Greet VIPs and guests, manage check-in/check-out procedures and ensure smooth arrival/departure experience.
• Resolve guest complaints with sensitivity and follow up until resolution.
• Coordinate guest requests with concierge, housekeeping and F&B teams for personalized service.
• Maintain guest data and assist with guest feedback collection and reporting.

Waiter

• Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and ensure correct presentation and portioning.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and handle special dietary requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of service area and help during setup and close-down shifts.
• Work as part of the team to uphold service standards and manage peak-time service.

AC Technician

• Inspect, maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, refrigerant checks and filter replacements.
• Respond promptly to breakdown calls and coordinate with engineering team for major repairs.
• Log maintenance work, follow safety procedures and ensure energy-efficient operation.

Lifeguard

• Monitor pool activity, enforce pool safety rules and maintain constant visual supervision.
• Perform rescues, administer basic first aid and assist with emergency procedures as required.
• Inspect pool-side equipment, maintain cleanliness and report hazards to management.
• Conduct safety briefings and demonstrate strong swimming and rescue skills.

Painter

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling cracks and priming before painting.
• Apply paints, varnishes and other finishes using brushes, rollers or spray equipment.
• Follow instructions for color matching and maintain neat, safe working practices.
• Perform minor touch-ups and coordinate with maintenance for larger refurbishment jobs.
