  • Assist in managing front office operations.
  • Supervise interns and junior staff, ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor room availability, reservations, and billing processes.

Restaurant Manager / F&B Service Intern / Waiter

  • Manage restaurant operations and supervise service staff.
  • Ensure timely service and maintain quality standards.
  • Assist guests and handle complaints professionally.

Reservation Assistant

  • Manage bookings and reservations efficiently.
  • Communicate with guests for confirmations and special requests.
  • Update hotel management system regularly with accurate data.

Housekeeping Staff (HK Interns / Supervisor)
