  • Tandoor Chef – Salary: 500 USD + Service Charge

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

Conti CDP (Continental Chef de Partie)

  • Prepare and cook high-quality continental dishes as per restaurant standards.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure food safety compliance.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and kitchen management.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff.

Tandoor Chef

  • Prepare traditional tandoor dishes including naan, roti, kebabs, and Indian curries.
  • Monitor cooking times and maintain authentic flavors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the tandoor section.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver quality food service.
