Available Positions & Responsibilities
1. Front Office Manager (Male/Female)
- Oversee daily front office operations
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest complaints professionally
- Supervise and train front desk team
- Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B departments
- Ensure high guest satisfaction standards
2. Front Office Executives – 2 (Male/Female)
- Welcome and assist guests at reception
- Manage reservations and billing system
- Provide information about resort services
- Maintain accurate guest records
3. Housekeeping Supervisor (Male)
- Supervise housekeeping team operations
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies
4. Housekeeping Staff – 3
- Clean and maintain guest rooms
- Change linens and replenish amenities
- Ensure resort cleanliness standards are maintained
5. Restaurant Captain (Male)
- Supervise restaurant service team
- Ensure smooth dining operations
- Handle guest service issues
- Coordinate with kitchen staff
6. Waiter / Waitress – 3
- Take food and beverage orders
- Serve guests professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Deliver excellent customer service
