Available Positions & Responsibilities

1. Front Office Manager (Male/Female)

  • Oversee daily front office operations
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle guest complaints professionally
  • Supervise and train front desk team
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B departments
  • Ensure high guest satisfaction standards

2. Front Office Executives – 2 (Male/Female)

  • Welcome and assist guests at reception
  • Manage reservations and billing system
  • Provide information about resort services
  • Maintain accurate guest records

3. Housekeeping Supervisor (Male)

  • Supervise housekeeping team operations
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies

4. Housekeeping Staff – 3

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms
  • Change linens and replenish amenities
  • Ensure resort cleanliness standards are maintained

5. Restaurant Captain (Male)

  • Supervise restaurant service team
  • Ensure smooth dining operations
  • Handle guest service issues
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff

6. Waiter / Waitress – 3

  • Take food and beverage orders
  • Serve guests professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area
  • Deliver excellent customer service
