1. Accounts Assistant

Salary: ₹15,000 | Experience: 0–2 years

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses)
  • Handle billing, invoicing and payment tracking
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger management
  • Support GST data entry and documentation
  • Maintain inventory-related accounting records
  • Assist senior accountant in daily operations

Note: Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage

2. Senior Accountant

Salary: ₹25,000 | Experience: 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complete accounting and bookkeeping
  • Handle GST returns, TDS and statutory compliance
  • Prepare financial reports, P&L and balance sheet
  • Perform bank reconciliation and finalization
  • Manage vendor payments and receivables
  • Coordinate audits and compliance
Manufacturing Accounting Responsibilities:
  • Inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
  • Costing of raw materials and finished goods
  • Monitor production costs and wastage
  • Handle purchase accounting and vendor management
  • Track work-in-progress (WIP) and production expenses

Note: Manufacturing accounting experience is highly preferred

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and compliance
  • Understanding of inventory and cost accounting
  • Experience with accounting software (Tally / ERP)
  • Knowledge of purchase and sales accounting
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of production costing
