In-Store Sales Executive Job in Rishikesh

Jobsfeed Recruitment Services is hiring a customer-focused In-Store Sales Executive for a full-time showroom position in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of fabrics and men's apparel, strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Role

The In-Store Sales Executive will assist customers visiting the showroom, recommend suitable fabrics and designs, explain pricing and coordinate with the Measurement and Production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
  • Recommend suitable fabrics, designs and products.
  • Explain product pricing and other relevant details to customers.
  • Coordinate with the Measurement team for customer orders.
  • Coordinate with the Production / Karigar team for smooth order processing.
  • Follow up on customer orders and deliveries.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Maintain showroom displays and ensure the showroom remains clean and organized.
  • Provide support to the sales team with showroom-related activities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Knowledge of fabrics and men's apparel.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • ERP / CRM knowledge is preferred. Training will be provided.
  • Graduate candidates are preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary & Benefits

Fresher Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Experienced Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Available

Working Hours

  • Working Days: Monday to Sunday
  • Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 08:30 PM
