⏰ Working Conditions
- Duty: 10 hours per day
- Working Days: 26 days per month
- Minimum Monthly Hours: 260 hours
- Contract Period: 2 years

⚠️ Important Salary Condition
Candidates are required to work a minimum of 260 hours per calendar month to be eligible for the aforementioned salary.
Overtime will be paid according to the applicable UAE requirements.
📌 Terms & Conditions
- Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by the company.

- Contract Period: 2 years.
- Probation Period: 6 months, as applicable under UAE requirements.

- Resignation / Termination: As per applicable UAE requirements.
🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities
1. Mason
- Perform brick, block and masonry work according to construction requirements.
- Prepare and apply cement mortar and other construction materials.
- Construct and repair walls, partitions and other masonry structures.
- Read and follow basic construction drawings and instructions.
- Maintain proper safety and housekeeping standards at the worksite.
2. Gypsum Carpenter
- Install gypsum board, partitions, ceilings and related structures.
- Measure, cut and install gypsum materials accurately.
- Carry out finishing and repair work as required.
- Use hand and power tools safely.
- Follow construction drawings, measurements and site instructions.
3. Steel Fixer
- Cut, bend and fix reinforcement steel according to construction requirements.
- Prepare and position steel reinforcement for concrete structures.
- Follow structural drawings and site instructions.
- Use steel-fixing tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain proper safety standards at the construction site.
4. Electrician
- Install and maintain electrical wiring and electrical systems.
- Assist with installation of electrical fixtures, switches and equipment.
- Identify and report electrical faults when required.
- Read basic electrical drawings and follow technical instructions.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and UAE site requirements.
5. Painter
- Prepare walls, ceilings and other surfaces before painting.
- Apply primer, paint and finishing coats as required.
- Perform touch-up and finishing work.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment.
- Ensure clean and professional finishing according to site requirements.
6. Helper
- Assist skilled workers with daily construction activities.
- Load, unload and move construction materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite.
- Assist with tools, equipment and basic site tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
- Follow applicable health and safety requirements.
