Role & Responsibilities
The Quality Assistant will support the quality team in maintaining quality standards and assisting with day-to-day quality-related activities in the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the quality team with routine quality inspection activities.
- Maintain and update quality-related records and documentation.
- Use Microsoft Excel to enter, organize and maintain quality data.
- Assist in preparing basic quality reports and maintaining records.
- Support the team in monitoring product quality and identifying basic quality issues.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding quality-related information.
- Follow company quality procedures and workplace instructions.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are updated accurately.
- Assist senior quality personnel in day-to-day quality activities.
- Follow workplace safety and quality standards.
