Roles & Responsibilities
Receptionist

- Assist in managing front office operations.
- Supervise interns and junior staff, ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor room availability, reservations, and billing processes.
Restaurant Manager / F&B Service Intern / Waiter
- Manage restaurant operations and supervise service staff.
- Ensure timely service and maintain quality standards.
- Assist guests and handle complaints professionally.
Reservation Assistant
- Manage bookings and reservations efficiently.
- Communicate with guests for confirmations and special requests.
- Update hotel management system regularly with accurate data.
Housekeeping Staff (HK Interns / Supervisor)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas.
