Roles and Responsibilities
F&B Floor Supervisor
- Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service.
- Coordinate between kitchen, captains, waiters, and hostess staff.
- Train and guide staff in customer service standards and menu knowledge.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
Restaurant Hostess
