Mandatory Criteria
Fluent English communication and relevant hospitality experience are mandatory for all positions. Candidates without the required language skills or experience will not be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager — 500 KD
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train front-of-house staff; create duty rosters and supervise performance.
- Monitor financials including daily sales, cost controls and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and implement service improvement measures.
- Coordinate with kitchen, purchasing and administration for efficient operations.
Waiter — 225 KD
- Welcome and seat guests courteously, take accurate orders and serve food & beverages.
- Recommend menu items and handle special dietary requests with attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of assigned service areas and tables.
- Follow service timings and assist in smooth table turnover during peak hours.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely delivery and correct order presentation.
Hostess — 225 KD
- Greet guests on arrival, manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements.
- Provide friendly and informative assistance about the menu and restaurant facilities.
- Handle guest queries and direct them to appropriate service staff or management.
- Maintain waiting area standards and manage guest flow during busy periods.
- Support the front-of-house team in achieving a welcoming guest experience.
Who Should Apply?
Professionals with prior restaurant or hotel experience who can communicate confidently in English and are available to join on short notice. Supervisory experience is preferred for managerial roles.
